Community

The community is what started it all.  A group of friends wanted to come
together to pursue creative activities, and Poiema Collaborative was born
out of that desire. We meet on Monday mornings from 9:30-1:00 starting
with group worship and prayer, then breaking into smaller classes taught
by members of the community. We then have time to fellowship over lunch and recess. Our community is a loving, Christ-centered place where families are able to enjoy time learning together while building strong friendships.

In addition to our weekly co-op meeting, we have parties and celebrations such as a Friendsgiving, a Christmas party and End of Year Celebration/Art Show. The fun doesn’t stop there! We also have many outings – some educational field trips and some just for fun things such as hiking, park dates, snow tubing and more.
